Register & Log In
The customer portal lives at app.thecentrifuge.in (opens in a new tab). The first time you use the portal, you need to register your device. After that, you log in each time.
Register a New Device
You only need to register once per device. Registration links your account to the physical centrifuge unit and sends it to your administrator for approval.
The registration form has 4 steps. There is a progress bar at the top showing where you are.
Step 1 — Verify Your Device
You will see two fields:
- Device Serial Number — This is printed on your centrifuge unit (also shown on the OLED display on the machine). Example:
DXN03-0826-0001 - Software License Key — Provided with your centrifuge purchase
Fill both in and click Verify & Continue →
The portal will check the serial and key against the server. If they are valid, you move to Step 2. If not, you will see a red error message — double-check that you entered them correctly.
Step 2 — Your Details
Fill in your personal account details:

Click Next → when done.
Step 3 — Lab Details
Fill in information about your laboratory:

Tick the Accept Terms & Conditions checkbox at the bottom, then click Next →
Step 4 — Email Verification
A 6-digit OTP code is sent to the email address you entered in Step 2.
- Type the code into the box
- Click Verify & Submit →
If you did not receive the code, wait 60 seconds then click Resend OTP.
After Submitting
Once you submit, you will see a "Registration Submitted!" screen. Your account is now waiting for an administrator to approve it.
The page will automatically refresh. When your account is approved, you will be redirected to the login page. You will also see a green "Device Approved!" message with a countdown.
If you see "Registration Rejected", contact your Admin or support team for help.
There is also a simulated device screen on the right side of the page that shows the current status (a green light means approved, red means rejected, amber means pending).
Log In
Go to app.thecentrifuge.in (opens in a new tab). If you are not already logged in, you will see the login page.
Enter the following:

Optionally tick Remember Me so you do not have to type your serial and username again next time.
Click Log In. You will be taken to the Control Dashboard.
When you type in your serial number, the portal automatically fetches your organisation's logo and name. This is normal — it just personalises the login page for your lab.
Forgot Your Password?
On the login page, click Forgot password?
Enter your registered email address and click Send Reset Link. You will receive an email with a password reset link within a few minutes. The link expires in 1 hour and can only be used once.
If you cannot access your registered email, contact your device owner or administrator to reset your password from the User Management page.
