Run History
The History screen records every run the centrifuge has completed — both manual runs and preset runs. You can filter by date and pull down to refresh.
Tap the History tab in the bottom navigation.
Two Tabs
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Manual Runs | Runs where you set the parameters yourself |
| Preset Runs | Runs triggered by a saved preset programme |
The number in brackets shows how many records are in that tab for your current date filter.
Date Filter
A horizontal row of filter chips sits below the tabs:

| All | Every run ever recorded |
| Today | Only runs from today |
| This Week | Last 7 days |
| This Month | Current calendar month |
Tap a chip to apply it. The summary strip and run cards update immediately.
Summary Strip
When data is available, a strip of statistics appears below the filter chips:
For Manual Runs:
| Stat | What it means |
|---|---|
| Runs | Total number of runs |
| Completed | Runs that finished the full set duration |
| Stopped | Runs stopped early by the user |
| Avg RPM | Average speed across all runs in this period |
For Preset Runs:
| Stat | What it means |
|---|---|
| Runs | Total preset runs |
| Completed | Programmes that finished all steps |
| Interrupted | Preset runs that were stopped early |
Manual Run Cards
Each card shows:
| Element | What it means |
|---|---|
| Run #[number] | Run number (newest first) |
| Date / Time | When the run started |
| Status badge | COMPLETED (green) or STOPPED (amber) |
| SPEED | The RPM set, with the corresponding RCF below |
| SET TIME | The duration that was programmed |
| RUNTIME | How long the machine actually ran |
| by [username] | Who started the run |
Preset Run Cards
Each card shows:
| Element | What it means |
|---|---|
| Preset name | Name of the programme used |
| Date / Time | When the preset was started |
| Status badge | COMPLETED (green) or STOPPED (amber) |
| STEPS | How many steps completed out of total (e.g. 3/4) |
| REASON | Error reason if the run stopped due to an error |
| RUN BY | Username of whoever started it |
Pull to Refresh
Drag down from the top of the run list to refresh the history data.
Clearing All History
Tap Clear All (top right corner, visible when there is data). A confirmation modal appears showing how many records will be deleted. Tap Delete to confirm, or Cancel to go back.
Clearing history is permanent and cannot be undone. If you need a copy, export to Excel first using the web portal at app.thecentrifuge.in (opens in a new tab).
Empty State
If there are no runs in the selected period, you will see:
- A centrifuge illustration icon
- "No runs recorded yet" or "No runs in this period"
- "Completed and stopped runs will appear here automatically"
Try selecting All as the date filter to see all historical data.
