Run History
The Run History page records every run the centrifuge has completed — both manual runs (where you set the parameters yourself) and preset runs (automated multi-step programmes).
Navigate to History from the top navigation.
Two Tabs

The number in brackets next to each tab name is the count of records matching your current filter.
Filtering by Date
At the top of the page are filter buttons:

| All Time | Every run ever recorded |
| Today | Only runs from today |
| This Week | Runs from the last 7 days |
| This Month | Runs from the current calendar month |
| Custom | Pick a specific date range |
Click any filter to apply it. The table and the summary cards update immediately.
Summary Cards
When there is data to show, a row of summary cards appears above the table:

| Total Runs | Number of runs in the current filter period |
| Completed | Runs that ran for the full set duration |
| Stopped | Runs that were manually stopped early |
| Errors | Runs that ended due to an error |
| Success Rate | Percentage of completed vs total |
The Manual Runs Table
Each row in the table is one manual run. The columns are:

| Run By | Username of the operator who started the run |
| Date / Time | When the run started |
| Target RPM | The RPM that was set |
| Target RCF | The RCF (×g) that was set |
| Set Duration | The duration that was set |
| Actual Run | How long the machine actually ran |
| Status | ✓ Completed, ⏹ Stopped, or ⚠ Error |
Runs that happened when the device was offline are marked with (offline) next to the username.
The Preset Runs Table
Each row is one preset run. The columns are:

| Started | Date and time the preset was launched |
| Steps | How many steps completed out of total (e.g. 3/4) |
| Duration | Total time the preset ran |
| Outcome | ✓ Completed, ⏹ Stopped, or ⚠ Error |
Exporting to Excel
Click ⬇ Export Excel (top right of the table). This downloads an .xlsx file containing all runs that match your current date filter and active tab.
The export respects your current filter. For example, if you have "This Month" selected and are on the Manual Runs tab, only this month's manual runs are exported.
Clearing History
Click 🗑 Clear All to permanently delete all records shown in the current view. A confirmation modal will appear showing how many records will be deleted. Click Delete All to confirm, or Cancel to go back.
Clearing history is permanent and cannot be undone. Export to Excel first if you need to keep a copy.
